Abstract:

This paper analyzes the background of revision in the second and first editions of the International Electrotechnical Commission(IEC) Hazard and Operability Studies(HAZOP Studies) standard and interpret these upgrades. Discusses the data model of intelligent HAZOP analysis software integrated the standard with other industry asset data exchange standards and its main function design considerations, finds and analyzes the disadvantage of traditional HAZOP analysis tools. The design scheme of the data model of the intelligent HAZOP analysis tool is proposed, which integrates the analysis object and the data generated by the HAZOP analysis process, so as to better adapt the HAZOP analysis tool of data driven risk analysis to the risk management needs of enterprises in the digital era, and make the process safety risk identification, risk analysis and risk evaluation of the organization more standard and scientific. The research and development of intelligent HAZOP software in the digital age must be based on the digitization of the analysis object and the digitization of the HAZOP analysis process, form an industry safety knowledge base, and use machine learning for in-depth analysis.

摘要：

文中分析了国际电工委员会(IEC)危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP分析)标准第二版与第一版的变化内容，并对这些变化内容进行了解读，探讨了该标准与其他业界资产数据交换标准进行集成的智能HAZOP分析软件数据模型及其主要功能设计思考，发现并分析了传统HAZOP分析工具的不足，提出了智能HAZOP分析工具数据模型的设计方案，融合分析对象和HAZOP分析过程所产生的数据，以期使数据驱动风险分析的HAZOP分析工具更好地适应在数字化时代下企业的风险管理需求，使组织的工艺安全风险辨识、风险分析和风险评价更加标准和科学。数字化时代的智能HAZOP软件研发必须建立在分析对象数字化和HAZOP分析过程数字化的基础上，并形成领域安全知识库，采用机器学习进行深入分析。
