Abstract:
The development status, main characteristics and basic architecture of online real time optimization(RTO) technology are introduced. The main optimization schemes and application effects of RTO technology in an atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit and ethylene units are emphatically analyzed. Based on the implementation of advanced process control(APC), a strict mechanism model is established for the core equipment of the unit through RTO technology to optimize the entire process. Under the premise of ensuring stable operation and meeting all constraints, real time optimization of unit parameters is achieved to maximize unit benefits. This optimization process has not add production equipment and modify the process flow. The application effect of RTO technology in atmospheric and vacuum distillation units and ethylene units is good, with model convergence rates of 96.0% and 93.3% respectively, and annual benefits of 15.65 million yuan and 23.93 million yuan respectively. Good economic benefits have been achieved. The application of RTO technology helps to continuously improve the control and operation level of the unit, reduce production costs, reduce unit energy consumption, and enhance enterprise competitiveness through tapping potential and increasing efficiency.

介绍了在线实时优化(RTO)技术的发展现状、主要特点和基本架构。重点分析了RTO技术在某常减压装置和乙烯装置的主要优化方案和应用效果。在已实施先进过程控制的基础上,通过RTO技术对装置核心设备建立严格机理模型并进行全流程优化,使装置在保证稳态操作的前提且满足全部约束的条件下,实时优化装置参数,实现装置效益最大化。该优化过程不增加生产设备、不修改工艺流程。RTO技术在常减压装置和乙烯装置的应用效果良好,模型收敛率分别达到了96.0%和93.3%,年创效益分别为1 565万元和2 393万元,取得了良好的经济效益。RTO技术的应用有助于持续改善装置的控制水平和操作水平,降低生产成本,降低装置能耗,通过挖潜增效提升企业竞争力。
