Abstract:
Since the start of the 1.8 MM TPY wax oil hydrogenation unit, energy-saving and cost reducing work has been carried out through optimization of the circulating water process, cutting of the pump impeller, shutdown of the fractionator furnace, optimization of water injection quality, direct supply of feedstock heat, and shutdown of the fractionating tower. The energy consumption of the unit has decreased by 3.08 kgoe/t, and the operating energy consumption of the unit is lower than the design energy consumption of 16.69 kgoe/t and the first calibration energy consumption of 8.27 kgoe/t. At the same time, optimization suggestions are put forward for the problems existing in the shutdown of the fractionating tower.

摘要:
1.8 Mt/a蜡油加氢装置开工以来,通过循环水流程优化、机泵叶轮切削、停分馏炉、优化注水品质、原料热直供、停运分馏塔等方式开展装置节能降耗工作,装置能耗降低3.08 kgoe/t,装置运行能耗低于设计能耗16.69 kgoe/t和首次标定能耗8.27 kgoe/t。同时,对停运分馏塔存在的问题提出了优化建议。
