Abstract:

This paper analyzed and summarized the research progress of compact natural gas desulfurization technology from both theoretical and applied technical perspectives, including gas-liquid mixing and mass transfer mechanisms, as well as efficient and compact gas purification equipment. On this basis, a technical approach to achieve efficient and compact natural gas desulfurization equipment was summarized. By atomizing the absorbent into micro droplets and promoting turbulent mass transfer between the droplets and natural gas, the rapid and efficient selective desulfurization process was strengthened, followed by gas-liquid separation. Furthermore, various feasible technologies suitable for compact natural gas desulfurization were systematically analyzed from three aspects: atomization technology, gas-liquid mass transfer enhancement, and gas-liquid separation technology, and related research work was prospected, providing theoretical and technical support for the design and development of compact natural gas selective desulfurization absorption equipment.

摘要：

针对紧凑型天然气脱硫技术，从理论和应用技术层面分析总结了国内外研究工作进展，包括气液混合和传质机理、高效紧凑型气体净化设备等。在此基础上，总结得出实现天然气脱硫设备高效和紧凑型的技术途径——通过将吸收剂雾化成微液滴，促进液滴与天然气间的湍流传质效果等手段，强化快速高效选择性脱硫过程，而后进行气液分离。再进一步分别从雾化技术、气液传质强化、气液分离技术3个方面，系统分析了适用于紧凑型天然气脱硫的各类可行性技术，并对相关研究工作进行了展望，为紧凑型天然气选择性脱硫吸收设备的设计研发，提供一定理论和技术支持。
