Abstract:
The commonly used stainless steel pipe in petrochemical industry is austenitic stainless steel, mainly including low carbon austenitic stainless steel, ultra-low carbon austenitic stainless steel, H grade austenitic stainless steel and austenitic stainless steel containing stabilizing elements. The content of carbon in austenitic stainless steel mainly affects the strength of steel. Titanium, niobium, molybdenum and other elements can improve the corrosion resistance in specific environment. The commonly used austenitic stainless steel pipe can be divided into seamless steel pipe and welded steel pipe according to the manufacturing method, and the welded steel pipe also includes spiral welded steel pipe and straight welded steel pipe. The selection of austenitic stainless steel in petrochemical industry should be based on the corrosive environment, operating temperature and cleanliness requirements of the medium, as well as economic factors to comprehensively consider the selection of appropriate austenitic stainless steel.

摘要:
石油化工装置中管道常用的奥氏体不锈钢包括低碳奥氏体不锈钢、超低碳奥氏体不锈钢、H级不锈钢和含稳定化元素的奥氏体不锈钢。奥氏体不锈钢中C元素含量主要影响钢的强度,Ti、Nb、Mo等元素可提高特定环境中奥氏体不锈钢的耐腐蚀性。常用的奥氏体不锈钢钢管从制造方式来分,可分为无缝钢管和焊接钢管,焊接钢管包括螺旋缝焊接钢管和直缝焊接钢管。石油化工装置用奥氏体不锈钢的选用应依据介质的腐蚀环境、使用温度及是否有洁净度要求等,同时还应考虑经济性因素。
