Abstract: The storage of liquid sulfur of SINOPEC Puguang Gas Field Natural Gas Purification Plant has the following problems: the detachment of the anti-corrosion layer and the infiltration of groundwater of the liquid sulfur pool; long maintenance cycle, high cost, and high risk of confined space operation for liquid sulfur storage tanks; the direct emission of waste gases from liquid sulfur storage tanks into the atmosphere, high risks of safety and environmental protection. Technological innovation has been carried out in the plant: ① the development of monolithic anti-corrosion technology for large-scale underground liquid sulfur pools, using stainless steel box bodies instead of the original anti-corrosion layer structure; ② the application of risk-based inspection technology for liquid sulfur storage tank equipment, and the formation of a risk inspection strategy for liquid sulfur storage tanks; ③ the development of waste gas treatment technology for large-scale liquid sulfur storage tanks, using "water bath + alkali washing" processes for sulfur and acid removal. After the application of the technology, the anti-corrosion effect of the inner wall of the liquid sulfur pool is good, the maintenance cycle of the liquid sulfur storage tank is extended while ensuring safe operation, the waste gas emitted from the liquid sulfur storage tank is treated to standard, and the emission of H2S is reduced to 0 mg/m3, with an annual reduction of 1.314 tons. The application of new safety and environmental protection technologies in large-scale liquid sulfur storage facilities has promoted the development of large-scale liquid sulfur storage technology in China and ensured the stable supply of sulfur products in our country.

摘要: 中国石化普光气田天然气净化厂液体硫磺(液硫)储存存在如下问题:液硫池防腐层脱落、地下水渗入;液硫储罐检修周期长、费用高、受限空间作业风险大;液硫储罐废气直接逸散入大气,安全环保风险大。针对上述问题该厂进行了技术创新:①开发大型地下液硫池整体防腐技术,采用不锈钢板箱体代替原防腐层结构;②应用基于风险的液硫储罐设备检验技术,形成了液硫储罐风险检验策略;③开发大型液硫储罐废气处理技术,利用“水浴+碱洗”工艺除硫脱酸。技术应用后,液硫池内壁防腐效果好,液硫储罐在保障安全运行的前提下检修周期延长,液硫储罐逸散废气得到达标治理,H2S逸散量降至0,减排量达1.314 t/a。安全环保新技术在大型液体硫磺储存装置上的应用,推动了我国大规模液硫储存技术发展,保障了我国硫磺产品稳定供应。
