Abstract: The safe and efficient development of natural gas is of great significance in assisting the construction of the 100 billion cubic meter natural gas production capacity base in the Sichuan Basin. Based on the design and operation of a natural gas purification unit with a processing capacity of 500 dam³/d in Sichuan, the deep removal of organic sulfur from feed gas and the application of direct oxidation conversion catalysts are analyzed and summarized. The results show that the desulfurization solvent UDS-3 can effectively remove mercaptan substances, combined with the low-temperature carbonyl sulfide hydrolysis process, the total sulfur of the purified gas meets the requirements of the national standard GB 17820—2018 "Natural Gas", and the tail gas adopts the direct oxidation conversion + post-alkaline washing process to achieve the standard emission of flue gas.

摘要: 天然气的安全且高效开发对于助力四川盆地千亿立方米级天然气产能基地建设具有重要意义。结合四川某处理规模500dam³/d的天然气净化装置的设计与现场运行情况,对原料气中有机硫的深度脱除与直接氧化转化催化剂的应用进行了分析与总结。结果表明:脱硫溶剂UDS-3能有效脱除硫醇类物质,结合低温羰基硫水解工艺,净化气总硫满足国家标准GB 17820—2018《天然气》的要求,尾气采用直接氧化转化+后碱洗工艺可实现烟气的达标排放。
