石化储罐和装车VOCs新型处理装置运行总结

Abstract:

A petroleum company, addressing the issue of non-compliant VOCs treatment unit for its existing oil storage tanks and loading operations, has constructed a new exhaust gas treatment system. The new system includes a low-temperature diesel absorption unit, a sulfur dioxide removal unit, a total hydrocarbon concentration equalization unit, and an RTO (regenerative thermal oxidizer) unit, with exhaust gas treatment capacities of 2, 2, 5, and 40 dam³/h, respectively. Exhaust gases from storage tanks and loading operations are treated in the facility according to the levels of organic matter and sulfide concentrations. The removal efficiency of non-methane total hydrocarbons (NMHC) is no less than 99%, with the purified gas having NMHC concentration continuously and stably no higher than 20 mg/m³. Benzene, toluene, and xylene are not detected, nor is SO₂. The mass concentration of NOₓ is less than 10 mg/m³, meeting the A-level enterprise index requirements specified in Document No. 340 of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment's Atmospheric Division (2020), as well as national and Shandong Province emission standards.

摘要:

某石化企业针对现有油品储罐和装车VOCs处理装置不达标问题,建设了新型废气处理装置。新装置中低温柴油吸收单元、脱硫化氢单元、总烃浓度均化单元、RTO(蓄热氧化)单元的废气处理量分别为2、2、5、40 dam³/h。来自储罐和装车的各股废气按照有机物和硫化物浓度高低分别从不同的单元进入装置处理,非甲烷总烃去除率不低于99%,净化气中非甲烷总烃浓度连续稳定不超过20 mg/m³,苯、甲苯、二甲苯未检出,SO₂未检出,NOₓ质量浓度小于10 mg/m³,符合环办大气函〔2020〕340号文A级企业指标要求,符合国家和山东省排放标准。
