船用生物燃料相关问题探讨

Abstract:

Biodiesel has excellent combustion performance and is one of the most promising green energy sources. When using biodiesel, marine engines do not need to be substantially adjusted. At present, studies only focus on the compatibility and combustion characteristics of blending a certain proportion of biodiesel with petrochemical diesel in existing engines. However, there are few studies on the long-term impact of biofuels on marine engines and fuel delivery systems. And the application studies on blending biodiesel with low-sulfur or high-sulfur heavy marine fuel oil are limited. At present, a number of domestic ports have implemented marine biofuels. Internationally, marine fuels follow ISO 8217—2024, whereas China adheres to GB 17411—2015. It is recommended to not only analyze the requirements of ISO 8217—2024 but also monitor the properties of marine biofuels, including viscosity, calorific value, low-temperature flowability, and lubricity.

摘要:

生物柴油具有良好的燃烧性能,是目前最具应用前景的绿色能源之一,使用生物柴油时船舶发动机无需大幅度调整。当前的研究只关注在现有发动机上添加一定比例的生物柴油与石化柴油掺混时的相容性、燃烧特性等,关于长期使用生物燃料对船舶发动机和燃料输送系统影响的研究还不足,且鲜有生物柴油掺混低硫或高硫重质船用燃料油的应用研究。目前国内多个港口已经实现了船用生物燃料油的加注。国际上船用燃料油执行ISO 8217—2024《石油、合成和可再生能源产品 燃料(F类) 船用燃料规范》,国内执行GB 17411—2015《船用燃料油》。建议在关注ISO 8217—2024分析结果的同时,密切关注船用生物燃料油的黏度、热值、低温流动性、润滑性等性质。
