Abstract:

Taking a certain refining enterprise as an example, the application of vacuum flash evaporation-mechanical compression technology in low-temperature heat recovery system has been discussed. Combining the characteristics of low-temperature heat, under the condition of flash evaporation temperature of 72℃, the recovery and utilization of low-grade heat significantly improve energy utilization efficiency, reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions. The application results show that the 95℃ heat medium water generates 0.45MPa steam through vacuum flash evaporation-mechanical compression, which can reduce the amount of steam purchased by enterprises by 107.75t/h, reduce the consumption of circulating water by 5440t/h, and reduce carbon emissions by 111720TPY. The economic and emission reduction benefits are significant.

摘要:

以某炼化企业为例,探讨了负压闪蒸-机械压缩技术在低温热回收系统的应用,结合炼化企业低温热特点,在闪蒸温度为72℃条件下,通过回收和利用低品位余热,显著提高了能源利用效率,降低了能耗和碳排放。结果表明,95℃热媒水通过负压闪蒸-机械压缩产生0.45MPa蒸汽,可减少企业107.75t/h外购蒸汽量,减少循环水消耗5440t/h,减少碳排放111720t/a,经济效益和减排效益显著。
