Abstract:
The high content of hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide in natural gas from high sulfur gas fields, as well as the strong toxicity and high corrosivity, greatly increase the safety and environmental protection risks of natural gas purification units. Puguang Gas Field is the first domestically developed high sulfur gas field in China. Its natural gas purification plant has been operating safely and steadily for 14 years since it was put into operation in 2009. It has exported 120 billion cubic meters of natural gas and sold 24 million cubic meters of sulfur, both have reached the highest quality level of national standards. The corrosion rate of the unit is controlled below 0.02 mm/a, and the mass concentration of SO2 in the discharged flue gas is less than 200 mg/m3, and the energy consumption for comprehensive treatment of 10,000 cubic meters of raw gas is less than 6,400 MJ, and there have been no safety or environmental accidents. A series of complete sets of technologies have been established in corrosion protection, safety control, environmental standards improvement, quality and efficiency enhancement, providing technical support and reference for the successful development and production of high sulfur gas field.

摘要:
高含硫气田天然气因硫化氢、二氧化碳含量高,物料毒性、腐蚀性强,大大加剧了天然气净化装置的安全、环保风险。普光气田作为国内首个自主开发投产的高含硫气田,其天然气净化厂自2009年投产至今,已安全平稳运行14 a,外输天然气1 200亿m3,外销硫磺2 400万m3,均达到国标最高质量等级要求,腐蚀速率控制在0.020 mm/a以下,外排烟气SO2质量浓度低于200 mg/m3,万立方米原料气综合处理能耗低于6 400 MJ,无安全、环保事故发生。在腐蚀防护、安全控制、环保提标、提质增效等方面建立了系列成套技术,为高含硫气田的成功开发及投产提供了技术支持和借鉴。
