Application summary of oil vapor recovery and treatment technology in oil terminal ship loading operations

Abstract: This article introduces the application of oil vapor recovery and treatment facilities added to the oil loading and unloading terminal of a refining company to achieve standard emission of waste gas. The facility adopts low-temperature diesel absorption-alkaline washing desulfurization-desulfurization and total hydrocarbon concentration homogenization-catalytic oxidation technology to treat crude oil, gasoline, naphtha, jet fuel, mixed xylene, ethyl acetate and other oils and chemicals ship loading exhaust gases. The design scale of the low-temperature diesel absorption-alkaline washing desulfurization-desulfurization and total hydrocarbon concentration homogenization unit is 1,500 m³/h, and the design scale of the catalytic oxidation unit is 7,000 m³/h. Through the application research of the low-temperature diesel absorption-alkaline washing-homogenization-catalytic oxidation combination technology, the status and problems in the commissioning and operation of the terminal oil vapor recovery are analyzed, and corresponding optimization measures are proposed. The results show that after the facility is transformed, the mass concentration of non-methane total hydrocarbons in the ship loading exhaust gas can be stably controlled below 50 mg/m³, and the removal rate is higher than 97%, which meets the standard emission requirements of the terminal ship loading exhaust gas after treatment.

摘要: 介绍了某炼化公司油品装卸码头为实现废气达标排放而增设油气回收治理设施的应用情况。该设施采用低温柴油吸收-碱洗脱硫-脱硫及总烃浓度均化-催化氧化技术,处理原油、汽油、石脑油、喷气燃料、混二甲苯、乙酸仲丁酯等油品和化学品装船废气,其中低温柴油吸收-碱洗脱硫-脱硫及总烃浓度均化单元的设计规模为1500m³/h,催化氧化单元的设计规模为7000m³/h。通过对低温柴油吸收-碱洗-均化-催化氧化组合技术的适用性研究,分析了码头油气回收调试运行中的现状与问题,提出了相应的优化措施。结果表明:设施改造后,装船废气中非甲烷总烃的质量浓度能够稳定控制在50mg/m³以下,去除率高于97%,符合码头装船废气经处理后的达标排放要求。
