Abstract: Based on a 0.5 MMTPY moving bed light hydrocarbon aromatization unit, this paper explores the basic points and precautions of the development and application of pipeline engineering for the reaction part from aspects such as the layout of the reaction framework plane, the layout of main equipment, the design of the reaction oil line, and the design of the catalyst pipeline. The application results show that the design of the reaction framework meets the requirements of process flow, safe production, pipeline layout, and operation and maintenance; the material selection of the reaction oil line meets the requirements of high-temperature hydrogen environment, and the pipeline stress analysis fully considers various working conditions such as normal operation, start-up furnace drying, and start-up system drying of the pipeline system. The pipeline layout meets the process requirements for the temperature drop and pressure drop of the pipeline system within specified values, and the reaction oil line can operate safely and stably under harsh conditions for a long term; the design of the catalyst pipeline meets the requirement of low wear rate of catalysts. The research and practice of pipeline engineering for the reaction system have achieved the expected results.

摘要: 结合某厂500kt/a移动床轻烃芳构化装置,从反应架构平面布置、主要设备布置、反应转油线设计、催化剂管线设计等方面,对反应部分管系工程开发及应用的基本要点和注意事项进行了探讨。应用结果表明,反应架构的设计满足工艺流程、安全生产、管道布置、操作检修等要求;反应转油线管道选材满足高温临氢环境要求,管道应力分析充分考虑了管系的正常操作、开工烘炉、开工系统干燥等多种工况组合,管道布置满足管系温降、压力降在规定数值的工艺要求,反应转油线可在苛刻条件下长期安全稳定运行;催化剂管线设计满足催化剂低磨损率的要求。反应系统管道工程研究与实践取得预期效果。
