Abstract: UOP's UnicrackingTM technology has been licensed for the 4.0 MM TPY VGO hydrocracking unit (including C5 normal isomer separation unit) of Zhejiang Petroleum & Chemical Co., Ltd., which loads hydrotreating catalysts HYT-6219-1.3T/HYT-6219-1.3Q and hydrocracking catalyst HC-185LT.It is the largest single-stage series once-through process flow unit in China.The unit has been operating stably at over 95% of its design capacity after the start-up. The yield of heavy naphtha is 27.67%, the aromatic potential content is 58.3%,the yield of jet fuel is 23.74%, the catalyst has good activity and selectivity at low reaction temperature, the single pass conversion is 83.35%, the C+5 yield is 94.42%, and the comprehensive energy consumption is 1,652.41 MJ/t.The product distribution is reasonable, and the quality meets the design requirements.

摘要: 浙江石油化工有限公司4.0 Mt/a的蜡油加氢裂化装置(含C5正异构分离单元),采用UOP UnicrackingTM加氢裂化技术,装填加氢精制催化剂HYT-6219-1.3T,HYT-6219-1.3Q与加氢裂化催化剂HC-185LT,是国内目前规模最大的单段串联一次通过工艺流程装置。装置开工后一直维持95%以上负荷稳定运行,重石脑油收率27.67%,芳烃潜含量58.3%,分馏增产3号喷气燃料收率达到23.74%。催化剂在低反应温度下活性和选择性较好,单程转化率83.35%,C+5收率达到94.42%,综合能耗1 652.41 MJ/t,产品分布合理,质量达到设计要求。
