Operation summary of liquid phase hydrodeolefin and clay refining process of reformate

重整生成油液相加氢脱烯烃与白土精制工艺运行总结

Abstract: The clay refining process and liquid phase hydrogenation process were compared and analyzed. The liquid phase hydrogenation process package developed by Hunan Changling Petrochemical Technology Development Co., Ltd. and SINOPEC Changling Refining & Chemical Campany, as well as the new reformate hydrodeolefin catalyst TORH-1 were adopted. The olefin removal rate was above 98%, and the bromine index was stable at 30~50 mgBr/(100 g), which could meet the operating flexibility of 60%~110% load change. The production focused on solving the environmental pollution problems caused by high-frequency replacement of clay and landfill of waste clay in clay refining process. Compared with traditional hydrogenation process, the investment cost of heating furnace, compressor and other equipments reduced. It was estimated to save about 14 million yuan annually for the enterprise. The trend of replacing clay refining process would become the key development direction of reformate olefin removal process.

摘要: 对比分析了白土精制工艺和液相加氢工艺。采用湖南长岭石化科技开发有限公司与中国石油化工股份有限公司长岭分公司联合开发的液相加氢工艺包,以及新型重整产物临氢脱烯烃催化剂TORH-1,液相加氢脱烯烃产品烯烃脱除率在98%以上,产品溴指数基本可长期稳定在30~50 mgBr/(100 g),满足操作弹性(60%~110%负荷)。液相加氢工艺可解决白土精制工艺高频次的白土换填作业以及废弃白土填埋造成的环境污染问题,较传统加氢工艺减少加热炉、压缩机等设备的投资费用。该工艺替代白土精制技术趋势将成为重整油脱烯烃工艺的重点发展方向。
