制氢转化炉隐患分析及备用风机690 V变频改造方案优化

Abstract: The events of cutting off the feedstock caused by sudden stop of reformer air blower and induced draft fan in hydrogen manufacturing unit of a certain refinery are analyzed. There are some potential safety hazards, such as no enough resistance to electromagnetic interference of the main engine inverters of the air blower, unavailability of standby fan and existing risks of interlock protection. Through revamping and optimization of 690 V frequency conversion renovation for the standby fan electrical component, safety risks are decreased. Especially by joint operation mode of two sets of air blowers, safety and reliability of the reformer in hydrogen manufacturing unit are greatly improved.

摘要: 对某炼油厂制氢转化炉鼓风机、引风机突然停机引发的装置切断进料事故进行了分析。该制氢转化炉存在着风机主机变频器抗电磁干扰能力不足、备机不能有效备用、联锁保护存在风险等安全隐患。对备用风机电气部分进行690 V变频改造,以及方案优化,降低了安全风险,特别是2套风机机组同时联合运行的运行方式,能够提高制氢转化炉的安全可靠性。
