Abstract: The implementation scheme of on-line steam treatment for inlet filter of recycle hydrogen compressor in 800,000 TPY CCR unit of PetroChina Karamay Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is introduced. On the premise of ensuring the normal operation of the unit, the problem of blockage of compressor filter is solved by intermittent steam supply to the inlet filter of recycle hydrogen compressor. After on-line treatment, the outlet flow of the compressor increases from 11.7 dam3/h to 24.5 dam3/h, the maximum pressure drop of the filter is 40 kPa lower than that before purging. When the running speed of the compressor is adjustable, the on-line steam purging has basically no effect on the compressor, and the effect on the CCR catalyst is controllable.

摘要: 介绍了中国石油克拉玛依石化公司800 kt/a连续重整装置在线通蒸汽处理循环氢压缩机入口过滤器堵塞的实施方案。在保证装置正常运行的前提下,通过采用对循环氢压缩机入口过滤器间断通蒸汽的办法,解决压缩机过滤器氯化铵结盐堵塞的问题。在线处理实践结果表明,压缩机出口流量由11.7 dam3/h上升至24.5 dam3/h,过滤器压力降较吹扫前最大下降40 kPa,压缩机运行转速可调的情况下对压缩机基本没有影响,对重整催化剂存在的影响可控。
