Abstract:
The outlet flow rate of the recycle gas compressor in the 2.2 MM TPY residue hydrogenation unit of a refinery has experienced significant abnormal fluctuations, and the circulating hydrogen flow rate is low. The pressure drop of the catalyst bed in the reactor fluctuates greatly, making it difficult to increase the processing capacity of the unit. It analyzes the possible causes of fluctuations and identifies the rationale of the problem as internal leakage in the threaded locking ring heat exchanger of mixed hydrogen and hot high separation gas. During the normal production process of the unit, smooth operation should be ensured, and close attention should be paid to the changes in the pre tightening force of the threaded locking ring heat exchanger bolts, which can provide reference for solving similar problems encountered in the production process of similar units.

摘要:
某炼油厂2.2 Mt/a渣油加氢装置循环氢压缩机出口流量出现了较大幅度的异常波动,且循环氢流量较低,反应器催化剂床层压力降波动大,装置处理量提升困难。对引起波动的原因进行了分析,确定根本原因为混合氢与热高分气螺纹锁紧环换热器内漏,装置正常生产过程中,应确保平稳操作,并密切关注螺纹锁紧环换热器螺栓预紧力的变化情况,为解决同类装置生产过程中遇见的类似问题提供借鉴。
