Abstract:
At present, there is a general shortage of reforming feedstock in the refining industry, so it is of great strategic significance to expand the source of reforming feedstock. Based on this, taking the blending of coking naphtha in the 0. 8 MM TPY continuous catalytic reforming(CCR) unit of SINOPEC Jinling Company as an example. According to the nature of coking naphtha and the blending of coking naphtha in domestic refining enterprises, the blending ratio of coking naphtha, the use of pre-hydrogenation protective agent, the blocking of pre-hydrogenation filter, and the salt deposition in the pre-hydrogenation system are investigated.The investigation results show that the final distillation point of blended coking naphtha after hydrotreating should be strictly controlled to be no more than 165 ℃; The blending ratio of aromatics scheme is 5% ~ 15%,and that of gasoline scheme is up to 70%; It is necessary to constantly monitor the properties of feedstock,pressure drop changes of pre-hydrogenation unit, filter plugging and salt deposition. The economic benefit accounting results show that the annual profit of blending 15% coking naphtha is as high as 37. 5788 million yuan, and the economic benefit is very considerable.

摘要:
目前炼油行业存在重整原料普遍不足的情况,扩大重整原料来源具有重大的战略意义。以中国石油化工股份有限公司金陵分公司800 kt/a连续重整装置掺炼焦化石脑油为例,根据焦化石脑油性质,结合国内炼油企业掺炼焦化石脑油情况,对焦化石脑油掺炼比例、预加氢保护剂使用情况、预加氢过滤器堵塞情况、预加氢系统结盐情况进行了调研。调研结果表明:掺炼焦化石脑油需加氢精制且严格控制其终馏点不大于165℃;芳烃方案掺炼比例为5%~15%,汽油方案掺炼比例可达70%;需时刻监测原料性质、预加氢单元压力降变化、过滤器堵塞情况和结盐情况。经济效益核算结果表明,掺炼15%焦化石脑油年利润高达3 757.88万元,经济效益十分可观。
