Abstract:

The rapid development of renewable green energy, such as photovoltaic and wind energy in China, has strongly promoted the development of energy storage technology. Hydrogen is recognized as the most potential green energy and energy carrier. Combined with the wide application of hydrogen in gas, oil refining, chemical industry, metallurgy, and other fields, the use of hydrogen as an energy carrier has become the most promising energy storage method at present and in the future. The construction of large-scale pressure storage tanks for hydrogen storage is the most economical and relatively mature technical solution at present. However, the key problem restricting the large-scale application of this technology is the safety design of the storage system. This paper discusses the safety design of large hydrogen storage tanks from the aspects of applicable specifications, layout, process design, automatic control, fire protection, etc.

摘要:

国内光伏、风能等可再生能源快速发展,有力推动了储能技术的发展。氢气是公认的最有潜力的绿色能源和能源载体。结合氢气在燃气、炼油、化工、冶金等领域的广泛应用,利用氢气作为能源载体已成为当前及未来最有发展前景的储能方式。建设大型氢气压力储罐存储氢气是目前相对成熟且最为经济的技术方案。但制约该技术大规模应用的关键问题为储存系统的安全设计。从适用规范、平面布置、工艺设计、自动控制、消防等方面,针对大型氢气储罐安全设计问题进行了探讨。
